Budweiser has joined with Coleman Natural Foods to launch a line of beer-infused prepared meats.
The five new products include barbeque and grilling items: St. Louis style pork spareribs in full and half racks, pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar brats and beer brats.
The new products will be available nationwide in local grocery stores starting early this summer.
“The Coleman and Budweiser partnership will help create awareness for the millennial consumers to stop and shop in the processed meat case,” said Bart Vittori, general manager of Coleman Natural Meats.
Millennials represent more than 80 million consumers and spend $600 billion annually, according to Accenture.
Coleman Natural Foods, based in Dallas, is led by Mel Coleman, Jr., founding family rancher. The company works with family farmers throughout the country who raise animals in reduced-stress, crate-free environments with no antibiotics or growth-promoting drugs and feed them all-vegetarian diets with no animal by-products.
